Robert Milligan was licensed as a Realtor and Investment Advisor at an early age and started in the real estate business with no job too small. He quickly excelled and his prolific rise uncovered unique leadership qualities which were honed during his tenure as Broker & Founder of Shells Realty.

With dynamic charisma and a sincere desire to help his associates, Robert's company grew to more than 200 Realtors with hundreds of millions in annual sales in just a few years time. Robert leveraged the success of his real estate company by creating affiliated Mortgage, Title & Insurance divisions for the benefit of his clients & associates.

In early 2008 Robert was approached by a company that shared a very similar vision on a national scale. By mid 2008 Robert accepted their exciting offer and completed a merger with Allison James Estates and Homes.

To date, Robert has had personal involvement in more than a half Billion dollars of real estate transactions.
